Born in December 2020, Hammock and Mat Yoga Studio is a sanctuary for women located in the heart of New Cairo, near Rehab City. Our studio features a spacious open-air area perfect for aerial yoga and mat yoga, as well as a serene indoor room for Pilates and yoga with a lovely garden view. For your convenience, the studio includes one toilet and a cozy bar area for refreshments. Designed exclusively for ladies, we prioritize your privacy and comfort.
